A. Roy co-developed Bento, collaborating with Kelly McVearry and Ken Kalunian from inception. He serves as Executive Director at Lupus Therapeutics of the Lupus Research Alliance. Previously, he served as Executive Director of the Lupus Clinical Investigators Network (LuCIN), a national collaborative clinical trial network under Lupus Therapeutics, and as Vice President of Operations and Research Programs at CureSearch for Children’s Cancer. He is a senior operational executive with more than 18 years of non-profit and medical research experience. His background includes finance and planning, operational transformation and strategic leadership and management of research grant making and scientific programming. He is highly knowledgeable in the areas of medical and academic research and has a significant track record in sourcing, managing, administering and governance of large grant and research programs as both grantee and grantor.
