Margaret Molloy

Chief of Financial Operations

M. Molloy has 18 years of experience in accounting, project finance, and resource allocation for government contracts, technology ventures, and commercial real estate portfolios. She has specialized expertise in the unique requirements of government contracts, federal acquisition regulations (FAR), cybersecurity standards, and supply chain management. As member of the Program Management Institute (member # 5545936), she participates in continuous learning courses for advanced IT and financial management, and she meets all competencies for Senior Level FAC P/PM Level 3, with IT specialization managing IT projects including IT Infrastructure and Architectural Design, and IT Security. M. Molloy has Top Secret clearance in JPAS (TS-SCI). Her other training and certifications include Accounting, DCAA Compliance, NIST and DFARS Cybersecurity requirements, CMMC planning, and Supply Chain Risk Management for the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). She leads Hypatia’s Mobile PMO at Hypatia, where she has led projects for Lupus Research Alliance; U.S. Food and Drug Administration; U.S. Centers for Disease Control; U.S. Department of Commerce; U.S. Department of Defense, Office of the CIO, Joint Artificial Intelligence Center. She also serves as Treasurer of The Hypatia Group.
